WANNI IN BEIJING - In Singapore, as a Transit Passenger

Leaving China was very difficult because I loved this strange land a lot. When we got into the bus to come to the airport, beautiful drizzle started falling making Beijing more beautiful.

With a lot of warm experiences got on board to come back to my country after accomplishing my first ever tour abroad. I had a golden opportunity of seeing the beauty of In Singapore on my way back to Sri Lanka. We were given a free bus ride and a boat ride by the airport. I was amazed to hear that then Singapore President, Mr. Lee Kwan Yu, had taken Sri Lanka as a role model to develop Singapore to the today's standard. Ironically, after 2- 3 decades, now we take Singapore as our role model. We have gone backward due to dirty politics whereas Singapore has gone forward by miles ahead of us due to the leadership of a good visionary like Mr. Lee Kwan Yu.

After enjoying the Tour of Singapore, I came back to Sri Lanka. The following day I went back to my village to see my sweet Horizon kids. I had a lot to share with the kids. After all, I'm going to see the round faces which I am familiar with.
